Club NYC Refund Policy
Early access This is a plain-language policy for a game in early access.
The Short Version
- Club NYC is free. There’s nothing to buy with real money, so there’s nothing to refund.
- Coins and items are earned by playing. They have no cash value and can’t be bought, sold, refunded or cashed out.
- We never ask for payment. Anyone who does isn’t us.
- If we ever sell something, we’ll put its refund terms on this page before you can buy it.
1 Club NYC Is Free
Playing Club NYC, joining the waitlist and everything in the game are free. There are no subscriptions, no paid items and no ads, and we never ask for your card or bank details.
2 Coins and Items
- Coins are a free in-game currency you earn by playing, and you spend them on things in the game, like clothes and furniture. You can’t buy them with real money.
- Coins and items have no real-money value. They can’t be refunded, exchanged for money or anything outside the game, or cashed out, including when an account is deleted, suspended or banned.
- If a bug takes coins or items from you, tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We’ll look into it and may put things back, but we can’t promise to.

3 If We Ever Sell Something
If we add anything you pay real money for, we’ll update this policy with its refund terms (what can be refunded, how to ask and how long it takes) before you can buy it. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live, such as a right to cancel or to a refund when something you paid for doesn’t work.
4 Someone Asking You for Money
Club NYC staff will never ask you to pay for coins, items, accounts, a name or a ban to be lifted. Selling or trading any of these for real money breaks our Terms, and we can’t refund money you gave to someone else. If someone asks you for money, report them in the game (click them, then Report) and don’t pay.
